The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting clients throughout all stages of the process;
• Establishing direct contact with clients by phone and email
• Opening inquiries and preparing quotations:
• Assisting in resolving questions and forwarding information:
• Contributing to an excellent customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

• Fluency in English, French and Portuguese (spoken and written);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organization, responsibility and attention to detail;
• Previous experience in customer service will be an asset.
